I recently joined Platinum Champs in Dubai Mall and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. I was given a full tour of the gym and any worries I had about feeling out of place disappeared straight away. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and not intimidating at all, and even during busy times there’s plenty of equipment available so you never feel like you’re waiting around. I started with an assessment session with Jonas and he was outstanding. He’s fun, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand your goals, any injuries or conditions, and what will work best for you. He walked me through equipment, training structure, and nutrition, and I was so impressed that I signed up for 30 personal training sessions on the spot. After three sessions with Jonas to get a feel for my fitness level, I moved over to Christo who has been excellent. He pushes me, but always with the right balance. No ego lifting, no unnecessary risk. As a 50 year old who needs to think about recovery, that means a lot. I feel like I’m working hard but never to the point where I’m worried about injury. In just two weeks I’ve already seen great results from following their training and nutrition plan. It hasn’t felt restrictive or overwhelming either. I’m training four times a week, every session is different, and I genuinely look forward to going in. If you’re thinking about joining a gym or starting with a PT but feel nervous or unsure, I can honestly say Platinum Champs is a brilliant place to start. Friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping you succeed.

I can’t recommend Project Reshape enough. The energy, the coaching, and the support are on another level, and so much of that comes from the community Hanieh and Jonas created, A space where you feel seen, supported, and pushed to become your strongest, most confident self. One thing I truly appreciate is how intentional the coaching structure is. Hanieh matched me with Eva ,and it was the perfect choice. Eva understands exactly how to push me without overwhelming me, corrects my form with so much care, and celebrates every bit of progress. Training with her has made a huge difference in my confidence, strength, and technique. I feel guided, never judged; challenged, never discouraged. It’s rare to find a studio where the coaches genuinely care about each person’s journey and pair you with the right coach to help you grow .but that’s exactly what Project Reshape does. I’m genuinely grateful to be part of this community.
